What the facade actually needs
Alkali attack and efflorescence are the two things that end an exterior paint job early in this region. The primer handles both; the topcoat handles the sun.
Extreme heat
Surface temperatures above 50°C are routine here. The film is formulated to stay stable rather than soften and pick up dirt.
Coastal humidity
Persistent humidity disrupts curing on ordinary coatings. This system cures reliably for lasting film integrity.
Ground salts
Anti-efflorescence chemistry stops salts migrating through and blooming across the finished wall.
